    Foot straps are too short to fit over my shoes.. Other wise unit works good if I can keep my feet on the pedals.. Straps need to be about two inches longer.

    I am very happy that I purchased this item and making great use out of it and once I get past the soreness in the muscles I haven't used in a while I'm sure it'll do everything it meant to do especially improving circulation and balance

    We've only had it for a short time, but can tell it's helping circulation, as have feeling in legs I haven't had for awhile. Will have to use it longer, before I can tell if it's help strengthen my legs. The straps are nessary to help keep your feet lined up and on pedals. They are comfortable and not bknding.
