Ellipse Foot Straps

Received by Fedex 08-10-24 assembled unit ant starting using same day. As of today 08-17-24 all is working fine. One year Warrantee starts 08-10-24

It is a lot noisier than I expected

Helps pain in legs and back

My husband has hip problems the Ellipse is helping he is doing his exercise which has helped with the pain

Didn't like that 1# the straps should have been a basic addition for a few of 10$ non the less.2nd was the amount of time it took to be delivered little over a month I think. I didn't receive anything letting me know thee status of my purchase for the entire waiting period. The sales man was absolutely one of the best customer service representative I believe I've ever had the privilege to deal with. Hats off on the training of him and I hope that his way becomes a basis of your management requirements. So for that I've gracefully given a 4.
