    Since back surgery I am unable to walk at any great distance. This exerciser is giving me the daily leg movement I much needed. After just 1 hour of use I can feel the difference in my leg muscle. I highly recommend especially if you are unable to walk a mile or so. I expect to walk more than a mile after using for a couple weeks.
