Ellipse + Mat + Foot Straps

I went from being nearly totally sedentary to using my Ellipsis every day for at least a half hour. I now have more energy, and my mobility, which was suffering greatly, has improved immensely. I can easily, walk up and down my back porch steps without worrying about falling and even get back up easily after squatting down to pick something up. My circulation in my legs has improved too. This has been the best purchase I've made all year. I was so impressed I purchased a second one for my sister. It is easy to use—just plug it in and turn it on. I can use it while I am at my computer desk doing my daily work. Thank you for creating something so useful and easy to use.

My husband and I both have been using it and loving it. Hubby says his feet do not tingle as much from his neuropathy and he feels great relief. I feel like its great passive movement for my ankle and knee joints.
