Just started to use. Easy enough to operate - I like the fact that you can use with power or manual.

Remote Not Working?
Used couple of times. All worked fine. Now can't get Ellipse into operation. Has received power, OFF light shows but no light on Remote when attempting to start Ellipse. Have put in 2 sets of new batteries & yes, double checked I had them in correctly. Please contact me with help. Thank you.

I love your product. I would advise anyone purchasing your product to purchase the foot straps and mat along with the Ellipse.

Missing foot straps
I ordered this as a gift to give a loved one. However, it was missing the foot straps, and I have still yet to receive them.

Needs to include more washers to prevent noise from peddling.
