The machine keeps your legs moving, I have a tight thigh problem and after a few uses I can feel my thigh loosen up, I use it 1/2 hour daily and it is helping my tight thigh problem.

Most awesome piece of equipment ever. My 87 year old friend loves it and loves using it. He uses it 2 - 3 times a day and says he can feel the blood flowing in his legs. He feels better after using it and seems to be thinking better with a clear mind. GREAT
