It would have been nice if it had come with instructions on the proper way to use it I did find some information online but feel an instruction booklet would have been helpful.

Being I have Neuroma in my feet I atleast get some leg exercise being walking is a problem.
I was wondering why the bottom of the foot pedal doesn't have a higher edge like the top of the pedal? So far the ellipse is working okay for me. I do have a lot of leg cramps so I'm praying this will help me.

The machine keeps your legs moving, I have a tight thigh problem and after a few uses I can feel my thigh loosen up, I use it 1/2 hour daily and it is helping my tight thigh problem.
