Ellipse + Non-Slip Mat

Need more time for better review

I previously purchased this and used it at our summer home. When we started going back and forth to our semi-permanent home, I bought another on to keep from taking it back and forth. I CANNOT be without it! Use it every morning when I have my tea and every night before going to bed.

I live in Florida with temps in the high 90's to 105 degrees. I don't walk outside. Ellipse provides leg, knee and ankle movement to give me enough walking exercise.

Really like the Ellipse works really well and is very quiet very easy to use with three different settings I just use number 1 so far but who knows I might use 3 before to long...

I have been using this product for one full week. my leg swelling and knee pain has become almost non-existent.

The Ellipse by itself would get 5 stars. However, the assembly of it was challenging and caused the 4 star rating because there were little detailed directions and assembly pictures, which made assembly challenging. The remote was impossible to close. A diagram of how to insert the washers was lacking. I was not able to pull out the tab on the metal insert without disengaging the tab from it. This became a problem for me. Also, there were missing washers. However, customer service was excellent and mailed extra washers plus other items to me quickly. I am enjoying using the machine now that it is finally assembled.

Today, (7/31) I finally was able to open the box and assemble it. The day it arrived 7/19 I had hurt my knee and had to see my doctor and get a shot as I could not walk or bend my knee. I am doing ok now and I think this will help my knee.

My Ellipse arrived in a very good package. Assembling instructions were clear. Very silent. I feel relaxed after using it. Doing 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening. Hope to improve circulation very soon. Also, it is light, I can pick it from the floor easily. Recommend it fully.
