Since having Knee replacement, it has been a struggle to work out because of the leg and knee gets very sore and tired, I can’t workout very with regular gym machines. When I saw the Ellipse I just said I need to do something and bought the machine. What I am liking is I am able to work the knee with this for 40 to 45 minutes without the soreness and the leg muscles getting tired. I can tell that my knee and leg muscle are getting a good workout and it is also helping with my joints. My hope to have my leg be strong enough for bike riding, walking, climbing stairs without a struggle. Thank you. Mark

Just had Ellipse a week today. Assembly went well with directions. I am trying to use daily . Initially, I am Happy with the ellipse. I am starting to feel the effects in legs and lower back. I will start increasing time on Ellipse next.

The machine keeps your legs moving, I have a tight thigh problem and after a few uses I can feel my thigh loosen up, I use it 1/2 hour daily and it is helping my tight thigh problem.

Ease of purchase and quick delivery. Put together quickly and loved the EllipseFit immediately. Started on 1, but have moved to 3 yesterday. Do 30 minutes twice a day while watching TV or playing games on my phone. Feel stronger each day.
