    I ordered this to build up strength in my legs. I had open heart surgery and am limited to using a walker or cane. I am using this to strengthen my muscles and improve circulation.

    Bought for my mom. She loves it. You do so many steps and don't even realize you have done them. Has helped with the swelling in the knee. Great product. Simple to use and lightweight to move to a corner.
