    I wasn't sure how much I could be helped by something like this, but I was happily surprised. It was simple to assemble, and super easy to operate. I could feel my legs start to tire within the first five minutes of the exercise. I'm up to 2000 reps forward and 2000 backward after one week. My legs ARE getting stronger. I am sooo glad I got the Ellipse. I'm using it every day.

    My husband and I both use it. He wasn’t moving around much any longer. He said this is easy and I enjoy the exercise of lee and hip joints. I have a disease that causes dizziness so can’t walk unless I’m holding on to something. This is perfect. So for those of you that are writing some hurtful comments stick to the gym then. This isn’t for you…. Your loss though❣️
