    I've just had heart surgery and unfortunately for me, I have multiple sclerosis. After the operation a period of rehabilitation was more than necessary and my mobility problems caused by MS were not there to make my convalescence easy. Fortunately, I found Ellipse, which provides me with exercises that are never violent and whose intensity I can manage. I do 500 pedal strokes two or three times a day and this contributes greatly to my recovery.
