United States and Canada
Purchases made directly from Intellibrands LLC for LegXercise or Ellipse, from our online sites or our call centers, include a 60 day money back guarantee. Products purchased pursuant to such offers may be returned within 60 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (not including any original processing and handling fees nor return processing fees)
If your item is damaged or defective or the shipment was in error, please contact customer service at Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Or phone 786-460-8394, within 60 days from receipt.
If you have received the wrong item, color, or size, we will be sure to get a resolution for you if reported within 30 days of the delivery date. To help make your order right, we may require a photo(s) and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any wrong item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
Worn apparel (such as compression socks) are not returnable for refund due to health and sanitation reasons.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges.
How to return the item or order
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. You have 60 days from receipt to try it out. If you still want to return the unit either for a replacement or a refund, please take the following steps.
We suggest you ship returns via a ground shipping method that can be tracked (UPS Ground / FedEx Ground / USPS Priority mail).
Along with your return, be sure to include a note with the following information:
A. Your order number and/or your complete name, address, and email address
B. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
C. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
D. Write your order number on the return label near your name.
No other paperwork, invoice, or preauthorization is needed for your return.

Products returned under the warranty period.
If you experience an issue with your product during the warranty period. You may return the product for a replacement. Follow our returns instructions and include a note that the item is under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refund processing time
Once your return is received, expect to receive your refund between 2-4 weeks between return shipping time, receipt, processing, and bank processing. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after four weeks, please contact us at support@intellibrands.tv
Additionally, we will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal. If the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives at support@intellibrands.tv to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.
Shipping
We ship to the contiguous 48 states
We ship to AK and HI (additional shipping fee applies).
We ship to Canada.(additional shipping fee applies) Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship to Puerto Rico for an additional shipping fee. The full address, including a PO Box should be provided.
Requests for shipments to any other country should go through our product sales websites. Appropriate shipping costs will be displayed. Restrictions by country and product may factor into the ability to ship to certain countries.
Orders for MX should be submitted through Amazon.
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated based on the availability of the items and the shipping options chosen.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order if we have not started the shipping or delivery process. To cancel an order, please call us at 786-460-8394 with your order number. We will refund your product purchase price as well as any shipping fees.
If canceling an item within an order means your order is no longer eligible for a discount or promotion, we will recalculate your total purchase price and apply applicable charges to your selected payment method.
If we have started the shipping or delivery process and are not able to cancel the order, you will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
Updating Orders Before Shipping

We ship orders within 1 business day of receipt so the window to make changes is limited. We will make every effort to correct the order information. If the order has shipped, you can contact the shipper and provide the tracking information and request changes. If they are not able to assist you, please contact us and we will attempt to assist.
