    I like it because I can’t walk vetwell and far. I did4 minutes the first day 6 the 2nd day and 8 the 3rd day. It is a great instrument

    I like the Ellipse....I have done as many as 10.000 steps on it. It seems to help my blood circulation and my lower back. It has trimmed my thighs some.
