Great way to get the blood flowing in your legs. Sit in a comfortable chair turn the Ellipse on and let it do its thing. After just 4 days my legs feel better and there is less fluid build up. Nice machine.

2nd Purchase
I’ve been using this for several months and can see toning results in my legs. I also get swollen ankles and after using this, the swelling is gone! I just bought this for my daughter-in-law.

Needs a pause
The product has been in use about 2 weeks. The only thing we have noticed is the unit should be able pause and still retain the data, For example, part way through a session, stop and get a water and pick up where you left off.
