I love the product. It is terrific. I have one problem the exerciser is starting to make a funny grinding noise. I have no way to contact Ellipse. I purchased the extended warranty but there is no phone number anywhere, not on the invoice or any emails. Can you please contact me with information on how to talk to someone.
