    I am thrilled with my purchase. I am 76 years old. It is a great tool for exercise and circulation. I am 76 years old. I’ve only had it a week, but use it almost daily for one hour … 30 minutes forward motion and then reverse. ?

    I'm using it 1 - 3 times a day. Getting my leg stronger hopefully to have a knee replacement or whatever they think is best for me.

    I have used for 4 days on speed 1 and so far it is the best leg exerciser I have ever experienced. After trying speed 2 and 3, I will update my comments.
