    I love the way the machine works on you it's a true exerciser I guess wish somebody would figure out a better way of a foot strap then what they have now other than that the machine is great I love it

    Have not had to use any warranty service as of yet as we just received the unit but for 2 years under $30 to protect a $250 investment I would have to say its a good buy and a no brainer.
